The purpose of this study is to understand Registered Nurse perceptions of their own and their immediate supervisor’s behaviors and attitudes related to spirituality in the workplace, their collaboration in practice, job satisfaction, and commitment to the nursing profession.  The benefit of this study is to assist nursing leaders and educators in identifying Registered Nurse perceptions of behaviors and attitudes related to spirituality in the workplace and their relationship to nurse-supervisor collaboration, job satisfaction, and commitment to the nursing profession.
